If you're experiencing a problem with one of your pieces of equipment , please fill out and submit the following service request form

If what you want to tell us is really more of a suggestion or a request for enhancement, please use our suggestion form instead.

Service Request Form

When you submit your service request form, it will be entered into our database for tracking purposes. It will be associated with contact name. After an initial assessment by our support department, the resolution of the problem will be assigned to an on-site service technician. Periodically we will post notices regarding service issues reported by our customers in the Known Problems section of this page, and tips or workarounds on the FAQ page.

Please be as specific as possible when describing the problem.

What kind of turn around.
We can provide you with 1000's of supplies and parts within 24 hours. Locally we can provide you (many times), with same day service on supplies and repairs. Some models may require 24-48 hours to receive parts. If you are in an emergency situation we can provide a loaner during this time.
